By booking services with Property Cleaning Experts you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Scope of work

Each project is defined in writing via your quote. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major cards and offer financing on qualifying jobs.

Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a completed area, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Liability

We're licensed and insured. Pre-existing damage and improperly maintained surfaces are not covered by our guarantee.
