Window Cleaning
Streak-free interior and exterior window cleaning. Screen cleaning and track detailing available.
Overview
Clean windows do more for a home than almost any other detail. They brighten every room, sharpen curb appeal, and protect glass from long-term damage caused by hard water, smog, and pollen. Our professional window cleaning service covers interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks, and sills — with a streak-free finish guaranteed every time.
Most homeowners underestimate how much dirt accumulates on glass: airborne sea salt from the coast, dust from nearby construction, mineral deposits from sprinklers, and bug debris all etch the surface over time. Regular professional cleaning removes contaminants before they bond to the glass and ruin clarity.

What a professional window service looks like
We scrub each pane with a microfiber sleeve and pure-water or detergent solution to lift dirt, then squeegee with overlapping strokes for a streak-free finish. Edges are detailed with a lint-free cloth so you never see the tell-tale border of half-clean glass. Screens are pulled, brushed, rinsed, and re-installed. Tracks and sills get a wipe-down. Exterior glass that has not been cleaned in years may need two passes — we plan for it.
Add-on services
Hard-water spot removal, skylight cleaning, French door detailing, and post-construction window cleaning are all available as add-ons. If you have spots from years of sprinkler overspray we offer a dedicated mineral-deposit treatment that restores clarity in most cases.
Surfaces we treat
- Single-hung and double-hung windows
- Sliding and casement windows
- French doors and entry sidelights
- Skylights and clerestory glass
- Storefront and commercial glass
- Patio doors and slider tracks

Get my priceFrequently asked
Do you clean screens?+
Yes — screen cleaning is included with every full-service window job. We pull each screen, brush it clean, rinse it, and put it back exactly where it came from.
Can you remove hard-water spots?+
In most cases. We offer a dedicated hard-water treatment as an add-on. Older deposits may require multiple treatments, and severely etched glass cannot be fully restored.
How often should I clean my windows?+
Twice a year is ideal for most OC homes — once in spring, once in fall. Homes near the coast, near construction, or with heavy sprinkler overspray benefit from quarterly service.
Do you bring your own ladders?+
Yes. We carry a full set of ladders for second-story access and use water-fed poles for high-reach windows where ladder work is not safe.
Will you clean tinted or coated windows?+
Yes — we use techniques that are safe for tinted, coated, and Low-E glass.
