Window Screen Repair
On-site window and door screen repair, re-screening, and replacement across Orange County.
Overview
Torn screens are one of those small problems that quietly cost you money — letting in dust, bugs, and unfiltered air while making your home look neglected from the street. Our window screen repair service handles everything from a single torn pane to a full re-screen of every window in the house, all on-site in a single visit.
We repair, re-screen, and replace standard window screens, sliding door screens, retractable screens, and pet-resistant screens. Whether you have one screen with a small tear or twenty screens that have not been touched in fifteen years, our mobile screen shop comes to you with the frames, mesh, and spline to handle it in one trip.
What's included
- On-site re-screening of existing frames
- Frame repair or full replacement
- Multiple mesh options (standard, solar, pet)
- Sliding door and retractable screen service

Why it matters
- Keep bugs, dust, and pollen out of your home

What we repair on site
Torn mesh, bent frames, broken corner brackets, worn spline, popped-out screens, sliding patio door rollers, and missing pull-tabs. For frames that are damaged beyond repair we build replacements on site from new aluminum stock cut and joined to match your originals — so the replacements look identical to the surviving screens.
Screen mesh options
Standard fiberglass for most homes, charcoal for better visibility, solar mesh for heat reduction on west-facing windows, and pet-resistant mesh that holds up to claws and tug-of-war games with your dog. We will recommend the right mesh for each window based on exposure, use, and your aesthetic preference.
Surfaces we treat
- Standard window screens (all sizes)
- Sliding patio door screens
- French door and entry-door screens
- Retractable screens
- Solar and pet-resistant screen upgrades
- Custom-built replacement frames
Pricing
Most Orange County screen repair calls fall between $35 and $75 per screen for standard re-screening. Sliding doors, custom frames, and solar/pet mesh price higher. Volume discounts apply for whole-home jobs.

Do you come to my home?+
Yes — our screen repair service is fully mobile. We bring frames, mesh, and tools to your home and complete the work in your driveway in a single visit.
How long does it take?+
Most screens are re-screened in 5–10 minutes each. A whole-home job with 15–20 screens usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours.
Can you match my existing frames?+
Yes. We carry common aluminum frame stock in standard colors and can build replacements that match your surviving screens.
Do you offer pet-resistant screens?+
Yes — heavy-duty pet mesh is a popular upgrade for sliding doors and ground-floor windows. It costs a little more but holds up to claws and chewing far better than standard mesh.
Will solar screens really lower my cooling bill?+
Solar mesh blocks 70–90% of incoming sunlight on west and south-facing windows, which noticeably reduces interior heat gain in summer. Most homeowners notice the difference within the first afternoon.
