Terms of Service

By accepting our proposal, you are entering into a contract with Property Cleaning Experts, LLC, and you acknowledge and agree to a legally binding contract for the completion of work at a mutually agreed-upon price. In the event of a contract breach, all deposits made to Property Cleaning Experts, LLC shall be forfeited as damages.

All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of the products used. Property Cleaning Experts, LLC makes no additional warranties. Should you have concerns about our work, it is imperative to promptly notify Property Cleaning Experts, LLC.

Upon signing this agreement, you grant Property Cleaning Experts, LLC the right to utilize an on-site water supply as necessary to complete the specified project without compensation. Any additional charges for an exterior water supply will be communicated. Ensuring the on-site water supply is operational before our arrival is the customer’s responsibility. Additional fees may apply if water is unavailable.

By entering this agreement, you consent to Property Cleaning Experts, LLC using an on-site source of electricity to fulfill the project requirements without compensation. Any costs associated with an external power source will be communicated.

The appearance of wood, influenced by its properties, species, and weathering, may affect the stain’s resulting color or tone. Variations may occur across individual boards and the entire project. Property Cleaning Experts, LLC endeavors to represent final finish colors and tones accurately, but some variance is expected.

While Property Cleaning Experts, LLC is on-site and conducting work, the customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals, including children and pets. Children and pets must be kept away from the work area for a minimum of 24 hours after completion for safety reasons.

Payments to Property Cleaning Experts, LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be made by check, cash, electronic payment, or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% fee. All balances are strictly due upon job completion. Any deviations from this policy must be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing on the contract. Late charges will be promptly assessed on balances not paid in accordance with the contract terms. The customer agrees to cover any collection costs incurred by Property Cleaning Experts, LLC related to outstanding balances.

Scheduling in a weather-dependent business can be challenging. Inclement weather may impact scheduling, and Property Cleaning Experts, LLC strives to minimize conflicts. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect project start and completion dates, and you will be promptly notified of any changes.

The homeowner is responsible for the removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, and other items. Property Cleaning Experts, LLC is not liable for any damage, breakage, or storage issues resulting from the removal of these items. Additional charges may apply for the time and labor involved in item removal.

Property Cleaning Experts, LLC is not liable for damages arising from improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, and improper caulking. The natural effects of sun and weather on vinyl or aluminum siding, including color fading, are not the responsibility of Property Cleaning Experts, LLC. Loose mortar dislodged during the cleaning process is also beyond our liability.

Certain stains, such as tree sap, artillery fungus, and stains or paints splatters, may be challenging to remove through conventional power washing means. Property Cleaning Experts, LLC endeavors to identify these areas during project quoting, but some stains may be irreparable.

Property Cleaning Experts, LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes electrical services, doors, and windows. We are not responsible for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical items, doors, or windows. The removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces is not guaranteed.

Windows may develop water spots as a result of our services

The appearance of concrete is influenced by various factors, including pollutants and stains. Cleaning may reveal imperfections covered by pollutants. The customer acknowledges that not all concrete will have a uniform appearance, even within the same area.
