Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any balance not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including legal and attorney fees, incurred to collect unpaid balances.
All pricing is based on visible conditions at the time of inspection or estimate. Final pricing may change if additional labor, materials, or services are required due to unforeseen conditions, excessive buildup, accessibility issues, or safety concerns.
Customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to the work area, including water and electrical access when required. Delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or inclement weather conditions and will be up to PCX to determine. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds or discounts.
Customer acknowledges that exterior surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, oxidation, loose materials, or improper prior repairs. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, aging materials, defective installation, or manufacturer defects.
Customer must notify us of any concerns within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect and, if necessary, re-perform affected areas. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24–48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and labor costs.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or paying an invoice, the customer authorizes the services to be performed and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed herein.
Roof cleaning involves walking on roof surfaces and applying cleaning solutions. We are not responsible for cracked tiles, broken shingles, leaks, or damage caused by fragile, aging, or improperly installed roofing materials. Some staining may not be fully removable. Customer acknowledges roof washing carries inherent risk.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing cracks, micro-fractures, faulty wiring, defective seals, or improper installation. Performance improvement is not guaranteed. Customer acknowledges solar panels may have manufacturer or installer defects beyond our control.
High-pressure cleaning may reveal pre-existing surface damage, loose paint, oxidation, or joint failure. We are not responsible for surface degradation caused by age, wear, or prior repairs.
We are not responsible for scratches, hard water stains, failed seals, broken panes, or glass defects caused by manufacturing issues or prior damage. Some stains may be permanent.
We are not responsible for gutter separation, loose fasteners, improper slope, hidden clogs, or underground drainage issues. Water flow after service depends on existing gutter and downspout condition.
Holiday lighting installations are temporary. We are not responsible for outages caused by weather, power supply issues, timers, or customer-provided equipment unless covered under a written maintenance agreement. Removal and storage are included only if specified in writing.
